Bajigur is a traditional Indonesian drink. This drink made from coconut milk is added with Indonesian spices and is very suitable to be enjoyed during the rainy or cold season.

Ingredients :
2000 ml coconut milk from 1 1/2 coconuts
1/2 tablespoon ground coffee
175 grams of brown sugar, crushed
125 grams of refined sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
175 grams of ginger, peeled, roasted, crushed
4 pandan leaves
4 centimeters of cinnamon
How to make Bajigur :
Boil coconut milk, coffee, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, ginger, pandan leaves, and cinnamon while stirring over medium heat, until boiling and fragrant. Remove then filter.
Serve bajigur while warm
