Skin Tightening with Herbs

 


There are several natural ways to tighten skin. Skin that looks toned will appear younger, fresher and more elastic. If you are diligent in using this natural method, surely your skin will always look tighter and much younger.

1. Ginger 

Ginger, which is known as a cooking and food spice, is actually very good for the health of your skin. Using ginger for skin tightening is very easy. Take ginger rhizome that has been cleaned. The ginger is grated until smooth or can use a food processor (with enough water added), when you use a food processor, make sure the ginger has been cut into small pieces first. Clean your face first, apply crushed ginger to the facial skin with a massage. Ginger is not recommended for sensitive and irritated skin.

2. Grapes

Do you like grapes? to make your skin look younger, you just need to consume it. Apart from consuming it directly, grapes can be used as a mask. Take a few grapes and wash them well. Blend a few grapes of the grapes then apply directly to the face. Let stand for about 20 minutes, and rinse with rose water or plain water.

3. Strawberries

This attractive colored fruit has been believed to be a skin-tightening herb. The method is very easy, crush the bua strawberries (remove the stems and leaves). Rub savory strawberry on face. Leave the strawberry mask for 15 minutes on your face. Rinse with warm water. For a stronger effect, you can also add a little egg white and 1 teaspoon of rose water, and a few drops of essential oil. Do this treatment 2 times a week.
